Matek UBEC 4A/5-12V&4A/5V Duo Output Built-in Battery Monitor and Aux Control
 

A very interesting BEC from Matek. It features the standard 5v output we all expect to run our flight controllers, servos and receivers but also a switched second output. The output voltage can be switched between 12v – 7.2v – 6v – 5v. This output can be cycled ON/OFF from your receiver AUX channel (or any spare channel). Input voltage is a very useful 2c to 6c (7-26v) There is also a built in battery alarm (low voltage).
 
 Why would want to switch output 1 ON/OFF? Many of us use electronic switches to control lights, bomb-drops etc. However for FPV applications a switched multi-voltage channel could trigger recording cameras, gimbles, turn on Video TX’s that need cooling airflow or switch on redundant dual systems.
 
The supplied leads are a generous length, silicon and of good quality. Time to get this bad boy in the Bix3 project.
